Last I remember hearing those symptoms was right before David Cone went out with an aneurysm in his shoulder. The Red Sox do not win in the playoffs without a healthy Beckett...20 ridiculous quotes by athletes, counted down here...a couple quick and dirty RandoMango's coming up this weekend but all the same, look for them in their usual space. BTW, as reported at the Eskimos / Roughrider's game last night. The attendance at Commonwealth Stadium last night was 48,808. Better than the Bills in T.O.(48,434)and done without giving away tickets or forcing fans to buy a preseason with the regular season ticket. Eskimos lifetime attendance average is 39,995/game, not bad considering, fans have to shovel snow out of their seats for 1/3 of the games.
Boo NFL in Canada!
the good news is they got 48,000.
the bad news is that's about 15,000 more than typical.
