Toronto finished poorly in Mclean's rankings of Canada's smartest cities. Shipping McCabe out has to boost Toronto for next year...one developer says there's "no doubt" that L.A. will have an NFL franchise in 2009. Wonder if anyone in L.A. cares?...Novak Djokovic isn't winning over the fans at the U.S. Open like last year, but why should that ever be the point?
